Characters want to agree how an imaginary shared stash works, using a neighbourhood emergency nut barrel. The comic complication is assuming every squirrel has counted the barrel. Keep that scene separate from your own information: the character’s details describe the tale, not the visitor.

Put community caches into a bank-style example
The related product is Zero Nut Zone Card, used for spreading a planned purchase over 18 interest-free months. Its current fictional demo rate card is 0% on purchases for 18 months, then 24.9% illustrative APR (variable). This separate example uses pounds, not the acorn tokens in the story above. There is no conversion between them.

When working through why there is no real application, identify the amount, the time it stays in the account, and whether the result is interest, growth, a reward or a cost.
